14/15/16-02: Diner met Chef Caravetta

Na het grote succes van vorig jaar komt Chef Ilario Caravetta dit jaar wederom langs en hosten wij drie dagen achter elkaar een 4-gangen-diner. Ilario is olijfolieproducent én patissier in Acri en komt net als vorig jaar met een koffer vol prachtige ingrediënten uit Calabrië.

Drie dagen lang worden typisch authentieke maaltijden uit Acri geserveerd. Met aandacht voor zijn olijfolie uit de verse oogst én een speciaal dessert.

14, 15 en 16 februari bij Terre Lente

After last year's big success, Chef Ilario Caravetta is coming over again this year to host a 4-course dinner with us, three days in a row! Ilario is an olive oil producer and pastry chef and, just like last year, he will come with a suitcase full of delicious ingredients from Calabria.

Typical authentic meals from Acri are served, three days in a row. With his own delicious newly harvested olive oil and a special dessert.
